A Glimmer of Hope
A slim hope lay true to the edge of life’s shores;
A falling sound, a whirl to know how to open, this eternal Door;
High in the mind of universal thought, comes many pairs, of ought;
A tremendous glimmer of hope to true;
Claiming an understanding, so high, so big; give to the air; a thought rig;
Towering far above the fields, clouds on high reveal the figs;
The fruit of a tree, so dear to this; a singing tear, not to dismiss;
Claiming the very stem of this thought filled bliss,
A seed that was sown, worn and kissed;
Down to the ground, with a gentle cry, flown with love, fell from the sky;
Trodden and smashed, yet with the seal of a love;
With the Flavor of life’s calling, like a whistling jug;
With the wrapping of a warm blanket all tight and snug;
The darkness flees, as the sun rises as a Dove;
Layered and flowing, life has a Tug; relentless searching, towards the above;
Holding the rain drops as they fall, filled to the brim, we sometimes call;
Knowing the way and the fields of light, each one high, on the thoughts of above.
