THE WORLD ECONOMY STORM DILEMMA
Operation brain is in the making. However, it may take several circumstantial brain operations before the leaders of nations will collectively by their constituents in their nation finally make the adjustments needed to overcome the present world economy situation. The following suggestions are not intended to be of a spiritual suggestion but for national suggestions.
FLASH: Ten things the USA could do to turn around the mental debt crises:
1. Keep only strategic over seas armed forces…close all other armed force bases and operations.
2. Create a Federal Lottery.
3. Since The Federal Reserve Bank held Bonds are assets of the Federal Bank, and liabilities of the US Government, which is the deemed overseer and ultimate owner by choice of domain of the Federal Bank reserves…put the bonds in a 15 year suspension or deferral thereby removing the present accounting Bond liability against the US Government.
4. Expand the Army Corp of Engineers with 1/3 of the returning military forces of closed overseas US Bases for use to rejuvenate America’s infrastructure. Move another third of the returning military forces for training in Nano and robotic warfare.
5. Raise taxes on the rich. Demand world taxes from foreign business who owners are US citizens on an astringent basis of world trade reprisals for those who refuse.
6. Offer a Government and States wage assist supplement to all business who hire unemployed persons for a minimum one year basis before December 15, 2012.
7. Charge a credit surcharge against certain unbalanced China import products that will subtract form borrowed monies owed to China.
8. Change accounting methods: Count all USA assets of land and property holdings, military holdings including value of secret technology, intelligent systems of computers including hardware and software and the mega list more…as an offset to cash deficit. Use this coded list as an offset to the Federal Reserve Bank against new dollars.
9. Charge all nations that need military protection an army rent. Take out this rent charge from nations that cannot paid this rent, in mineral rights of various plotted lands or ocean areas of their nation. This would give the first right for those minerals to the USA and a price right break return exceeding three times the cost of the Military protection.
10. Set a price limit on gold of 3500.00 an ounce. Place a sell stock limit for a three month period at a time on gold. Demand all gold prospectors and mining companies pay in gold a 1/8th share of all gold production to the gold reserves of the USA. Turn the Federal Reserve Bank into a guaranteed safety holding bank of large funds for very rich persons and businesses. These said large funds would be exempt of taxes during the time they are bound for ten to twenty years for use by the Federal Reserve Bank.
My estimate of savings and money income offset even using a partial of these suggestions would be seven trillion eight hundred billion in a little over three and a half years. When the rest of the suggestions are in place and working, the USA would be soon projecting for a debt free Government.
