HOW TO PRAY...
Beyond the prohibits of circumstances, beyond the brooding about inexpressible repressions, beyond exhaustion, prayer is a vital essence that must not wait for such things to pass
The duties of life, the amuses of life, have their necessary place, but when the power of prayer is left to languish, you allow a stoop into cheerlessness and misery, for it is the only way one's spirit can be expressed. (1 Corinthians 14:15 KJV).
Prayer has a way of being an instrument by which to carry out solutions and delight. It has a way of releasing the mind from torment.
There is a way HOW TO PRAY. It is the way Jesus taught the people how to pray. I call it parallel prayer. Jesus said when you pray for forgiveness it needs to be counter to your forgiveness of others.
So when you pray for health, pray also for the health of others. When you pray for help in your finances, pray also for the finances of others in need. Every prayer for yourself or your loved ones, pray additionally, for a likewise benefit for others.
I recently was sharing this teaching with a brother in the Lord and knew I should share it with others also. Prayer has a way of getting ones spirit involved because prayer stirs the spirit up.
It is deeply Bible teaching that a person's own spirit knows and remembers things about the needs and life of the body person it is in better than any other person, including one's own flesh body. (i Corinthians 2:11 KJV).
The ability to have a range in prayer is very important. This involves having a range of prayer that reaches beyond anything that pertains connectedly to your own life and family interest.
Such prayed is akin to developing a spirit of world travail. As it is said: no man is and island. People all over the world are desperate and need prayer. Prayer for world peace and world salvation.
Pray for the world's hungry and suffering, for the lonely and lost, and for the wrongly imprisoned. Pray for your family dead back to ten generations. Such action is a prayer baptism of the dead and is very bible. (1; Corinthians 15:29 KJV).
The Bible says that Jesus Christ is the Lord of the dead and the living. (Romans 14:9 KJV). God has made it possible for the living to petition for the benefit of the dead...(1 John 5:15-16 KJV).
For best results pray short prays three times a day and major prayers in the morning if at all possible.
May the wing of prayer lift you up above every downcast.
